In this episode of Eleutheromania, I read the transmission for Gene Key 2 — a journey from Dislocation to Unity, through the path of Orientation.

This reading is offered as a gentle immersion into the essence of Gene Key 2, where you’re invited to simply listen, soften, and receive. Let the words stir something long forgotten yet eternally remembered — the place where stillness gives rise to living light, where creative energy pulses just beneath the surface, waiting to emerge in its own time.

✨ Shadow: Dislocation (As You See It, So It Changes)
✨ Gift: Orientation (Mineral Magnetism)
✨ Siddhi: Unity (Divine Logic)

Sweet Soul,

Deep breath in and out. Heart swelling, mind acutely aware, body relaxed.

Check in with yourself—how’s your mind? How’s your heart? How does your body feel?

Stop, pause, close your eyes and notice where the air around you meets your face, your skin, your hands and feet.

Take a deeper breath. Breathe in peace, exhale heaviness.

It all starts with you, within you, within the field that emanates outside of and around you.

Everything you touch, listen to, read, and engage with is sacred.

Your energy is sacred—you are sacred.

What’s Most Alive for Me This Week

Rest.

Working more than usual has left my body calling for more softness and rest—and where I used to push myself until burnout, I’m finding it easier to honor and respect what the intelligence of my body is communicating to me.

As I post lessons within the Living Curriculum each week, I’m also moving through them myself—and this week, slow movement and containment exercises have been nothing short of essential.

The feeling of tuning into your body after a long day, feeling the tension stored in your fascia and muscles, and releasing it through movement is exquisite.

That moment when you feel your body surrender in stillness... your hands on your heart and womb, listening. Hugging yourself and realizing—it’s actually kind of nice. Rocking. Soothing. Returning.

During busy weeks, this is where my attention turns. Tiny rituals in the cracks of time:

  • Leaning into a forward fold when the line lulls at work
  • Closing my eyes during a break to take 3–5 intentional breaths
  • Knowing that peace is available to me now—not at some future finish line

And that you don’t have to wait either.

That’s what’s most alive for me this week—and the gift I’m ever grateful for.

Hello Sweet Soul,

Lately, I've been learning—again—that tending to a dream isn't always about creative breakthroughs and sudden bursts of inspiration.

Sometimes it’s about protecting the soil from erosion when the storms come.

This week, I’ve been stretched thin—work has picked up, finances are asking for attention, and I’m holding many threads at once.

My body is tired.

I'm learning that managing my energy is not separate from my spiritual path—it is the practice.

Between shifts at the bookstore, taking on new responsibilities as Social Media Manager, and cross-training in the café, I’ve been building new internal scaffolding to keep myself upright. That scaffolding includes slower mornings, ritual pauses, and the radical honesty of saying, “I need more time.”

Not everything needs to bloom at once.

Because of this, I’ve had to create new support structures for myself:

  • Energetic time management tools
  • Gentler expectations
  • Less judgment and pressure
  • More intentional pauses between movements both physically and creatively
  • Daily energy menus to choose from depending on my level and workday

It’s humbling.
It’s tiring.
But it’s honest work—and honest work is still sacred.

What’s Taking Flight

📖 Lesson I of the Living Curriculum is now live.
Module 1: Somatic Practice begins with Introduction to Somatic Awareness.
🜃 Begin Week 1 → Introduction to Somatic Awareness

🎙️ The Eleutheromania Podcast returns with Gene Key 1: Entropy to Syntropy.
This week’s Gene Key touches something tender — the ache behind our cravings and the gift waiting inside stillness.
🎧 Listen Here

📚 Project Void (the book I’m writing) continues to whisper to me about freedom, even when my body feels heavy with the weight of responsibility.

Currently reading:
Great Big Beautiful Life by Emily Henry. And I swear, if they don’t end up together...

Also:

  • ✨ I’ve officially lost over 25 pounds on my weight loss journey (!!!)
  • 🎵 I’m in a total music slump—send me your go-to songs, please?

Field Notes—A Reflection for You

If you find yourself stretched thin right now, remember:

  • You are still worthy of your own softness.
  • You are still an artist even when you're tired.
  • You are still tending something beautiful even if you can't see its bloom yet.

Maybe, this week, the work is simply to stay with yourself.

A Bonus Storytime—Divine Intervention

I got off of work from the bookstore today at 1:30 p.m.—once I got home, I got cozy, listened to a bit of my audiobook, ate, worked a little on backend HTML coding, and decided to DoorDash.

As I was heading home from an order, I felt someone looking at me. I ignored the feeling… until I heard a horn beep.

It was someone I had been talking to—someone I still hold care and affection for. What are the odds? We were driving side by side on the highway and he lives over an hour away.

We broke things off because I knew I didn’t want kids and he did. I didn’t want him to give up that dream for me.

I called him once I realized it was him. We decided to sit down for coffee. He’s not one to stay friends after a breakup—so this was unexpected and tender.

We caught up. We laughed. We cried. We shared the sacred kind of conversation that only happens when love has transformed into mutual care without strings.

There was a softness to it. Not regret. Not longing. Just love held in open hands. And it reminded me—

Love is like sand. It’s not meant to be gripped tightly. It’s meant to be felt—freely.

As John Green once wrote: “That’s the thing about feelings. They demand to be felt.”

Until Next Time

The dream is unfolding in the quiet—not in spite of the chaos, but inside it.

Thank you for reading, witnessing, and walking this path with me.

With so much love,

Hello Sweet Soul,

Today I’d like to invite you into something very sacred and near to my heart.

I’ve been dreaming of birthing a creative ecosystem for years — not as a brand or a strategy, but as a living thing. A place where creativity, care, presence, and mysticism can root into something real. I’ve waited to begin until it felt true. And now it does.

This is the first thread of that web — The Dragonfly Dispatch — a weekly rhythm of reflections, offerings, and the quiet, beautiful things that are alive and real and too precious not to notice.

Gene Key 27–The Food of the Gods

This week, I’m sitting with Gene Key 27, and it’s been moving through me in a slow, steady, sacred way.

I recorded the podcast while sitting at the desk in my zen room, with the blinds open and the late afternoon sun warm on my skin. The trees outside were swaying just slightly, and something about it all made me soften. I didn’t try to perform the reading. I just read. And let the words be what they are.

🎧 Listen to the Episode:
Gene Key 27 – The Food of the Gods: From Selfishness to Selflessness

What I’m Learning...

To me, this Gene Key is about nourishment—not as a task, but as a frequency. A kind of giving that arises from deep within, without fanfare or expectation.

I looked up the word altruism for the first time this week—not because I didn’t know it existed, but because I wanted to truly understand it. The definition reads: concern for the well-being of others without regard to self.

And suddenly, the path of Gene Key 27 made perfect sense—from Selfishness, to Selflessness, through the heart of Altruism.

True selflessness doesn’t come from effort—it comes from awareness.
From the deep knowing that we are not separate.
That to nourish another is to nourish yourself.
That to offer something with no expectation of return is not a loss—it’s a return to the truth of who we are.

Selflessness isn’t noble or performative. It’s quiet. It’s intimate. It’s the natural outpouring of a heart rooted in wholeness.

In My World...

  • 🌱 I’m currently building the School of the Akashic Arts, and will be offering The Living Curriculum as a free course — my gift to the collective.
  • 🍃 Visioning is underway for Het-Hru Rituals. A natural skincare offering and a spagyric tincture are slowly forming. They feel like autumn earthy, ancestral, alchemical.
  • 🎙️ A new reflections episode for Eleutheromania will be coming soon, with more softness, more truth, and more of the messy magic behind the mic.

Thank you for being here at the beginning.

Thank you for choosing to live from your center, in a world that constantly pulls at your edges.

This is our practice now: nourishing what’s real.

Together.

With quiet joy,
